How To link Revit with planing?

Actually it's the other way around. You have to plan everything from sketches to Autocad then link the cad drawings to revit so that you have all the cad informations that you need to build your3d model in Revit.

if we are linked with cad file then we have to draw the file into 3d then only we can do any thing....
