Yes to understand the basic terminology but it will be more effective if we use them in daily business decision

You should look at it like this - you don't need to do a course in Analytics! This knowledge is domain dependent. 

You should start learning tools like MS Project and Tableau where you can actually show that you can handle more depth of work.

Yes it will help full, because due to this you will increase your knowledge and better understanding of business point of view also  always  you have two option when you are going to search Job either EA or BA. every company want BA to gather the requirement, and design
