What's the difference between UK IFRS and US IFRS?

There's no US IFRS existed, so far, US didn't accepted IFRS which are about 120+ countries accepted & following by IFRS

i.e. IFRS framed by IASB (International Accounting Standard Board)

US still following there own US GAAP

There're negotiations still going in between IASB & US to follow IFRS as a generally accepted Accounting reporting standard across globe.
