To participate in any tender we need to check the following steps.

1)Tender related to Company portfolio.

2)Need to check the term and Condition if the  company eligible mark in the check list other wise no need to jump in the pool foolishly.

3)Keep in mind your team if team is already busy in other projects and it is not possible for you to complete in time then it is risky.

4)solution for the tender & Never underestimate the competitor. May be the have also the guts of playing Cards?
