I suggest you to find it by your self and do some work on each company you select, and then finalize it by reaching them out and how they respond.

Thanks for the Invitation but I didn't worked with any particular GCC company. For outsourcing I do consider freelancing platforms like Upwork, Toptal.

There are many companies which will help you make projects but the thing is why don't you study the web programming as it will help you gain knowledge and be a programmer before college degree.
