Which recruitment works the better? In house recruitment or external agencies? What are the prons and cons?

It really depends on the company situation.

I prefer in-house because you really get a feel for the company and can attract not only skill but a personality that fits the wider team.

Agencies are good if you have no recruitment specialists.
