What is the single largest problem facing your staff and would I be in a position to help you solve this problem?

if staff is in problem i have to take the initiate to my immediate supervisor to solve his issues..

If Staff is in problem like Salary Increment,  Works Allocation & Diagnosis  issue, I have to take the matter to my concern Department and slove case to case.

A team leader is someone who provides guidance, instruction, direction and leadership to a group of other individuals.

if staff is in problem first  we should know the problem what staff is facing then if it is related to management its should be informed to them or its from single person how create a problem a organization should treat by the way he work with out creating problem  

 I can able to face any problem in positive manner
