Hi there. There is only one language you need to know to develop iOS apps, and that is Swift, Period. iOS development never requires you to know Java, Python, CSS, HTML or JS like Mohammad Ahmad Siddiqui has suggested, these language are for Web Development and not iOS Development.

Swift or Objective-C via Xcode application

For developing iOS apps, you need to have sound knowledge of not only the IDE-XCode & Objective-C or Swift for programming and Sqlite/Core Data/PLists for back end processes but also to have knowledge on development strategies to use Story Boards, Auto Layouts, Auto Resize Screens and also to know about the Memory Optimization techniques for your app to perform smoothly on your device.
