How can we identify the Mystry Shopper?

Mystery shopper are basically there to test your selling skills, patience, speed and your knowledge about the product. Most of all they are there to test your customer service skills.

You cannot identify them with special characteristics .....that's why they called are mystery shoppers .Your experience to handle Customer more and more with good n strong Product Knowledge .Patience Level in you and smartness to an answer query will automatically teach you to find whether the person is a real Customer /Mystery Shopper from their behaviour .

As per my Experience we should not even bother about person you are dealing is a Mystery Shopper as we know what we are doing as per our Company Policy and Guidelines ,Thorough Knowledge with Confidence to handle any situation will always provide 100% result .
