I am a fresher to GCC. Most of the firms are hiring experienced persons only. How could we get experienced until you give us an opportunity?

Yes , it is true that the MNC companies ask for experienced candidates as they do not want to waste resources on the freshers . resources like time and money is really important for big players as they do huge business and huge money involved in it . thus they hesitate to take risk of hiring a fresher. I would suggest the freshers to work in small companies to begin their career with, because in small companies most of the time we get to multi task the roles , it is an opportunity that we get in small companies to learn many things and processes. it is always better to learn the whole process than become an expertise in a part of the process. after working for2 or3 years MNC companies pick you up with out any hassle and you will flourish well.
