If "Experience" is important to nourish "skill" then, what is more important: a Degree or an Experience? nb. actual and personal situations

Skill and experience are both important. An experienced and skilled person can do the task safely with quality  . So the personnel attaining appropriate training in the  field  to achieve set goals.

Hello ð¡ Experience the most important class because it is possible that a person gets the appropriate degree Basic ways or by fraud or or ... No experience unfortunately ..h

First education is must then comes experience, bec even a 10th pass working in HR Office can learn the process but if any hurdle comes he won't be able to handle it as he don't have basic HR Knowledge or processing.

Experience, is more important, than " Academic certificate".

Both. Education will prepare you for those set of skills and eventually skills will provide you work and hence you will get experience.

Degree is just like a tool but only Experience teaches the possible ways of using it.

First Degree, then experience.

If you have very good experience compare to degree holder, but you will not be appreciated (commercially) as Degree Holder.

In another words, if you have good experience then be your OWN BOSS.

Both are important. Education will give you the best ideas to nourish your skills whereas experience will give you the best execution to do the work.

Both are needed and one aspect can't flourish without the other
