Low budget, part-time business ideas depend on the market opportunities , the ability to manage some business. but it is recommended for any one who think to start a new business is to spend a full time at least for a while until the business start to operate normally - like retail store, unless the business would not require an open door all the working day and could be managed - online, e-commerce.

Good evening. I can’t recommend anyone low budget, part-time business ideas without getting aware about the persons’ professional and academic background, also he’s skill set is very important. Without having any information if I have to recommend someone then I can suggest him/her to do either consultation or coaching. Since, these are the business which initially can start either with little investment or no investment.

Excellent Question , I have been in a situation like this before , a Indian gentleman from UK whom i met in a conference asked to the same low budget , business ideas. This means He can be a running a start up or looking for new ways to reach out his business. soi would do justice  because i feel that the more the ideas your share the more quality ideas come out of your brain.

So i would suggest him to sell online eCommerce ,  as a recruitment partner for an HR Agency, Stock market Agent, freelance sponsorship sales, Event sales, stall sales, SEO, website designing and so on but it depends on the individual expertise.
