As a manager, what are the means to ensure that your solution given to the problem is effective and beneficial to the company?

Pass it by the employees.  Employees know alot about what works and doesn't work for them, and why.  They will be more than willing to let you know what is really going on in their department; they might even have some great solutions based on what they are experiencing.  

Also consult other managers in the same position and ask them if they have tried what you are proposing.  You might get alot of thumbs up on the matter or thumbs down.  This is when your true expertise will shine through...making the decision to go with it or not.

The means to ensure that the solution given could be effective and beneficial to the company, is  by knowing the possible reaction and impact of the solution given to the problem before to implement and launch it in actual. Otherwise, problem can be prolong and burden of the company to move on if the solution is somehow drastic and impulsive in nature. It needs more deeper study vis-a-vis to VMG of the company and take the consideration that it is always be for the good of the company or organization and never be compromised its good future. 

if we can understand problem with full attentions and we have sources to solve the problem so definantly company will take benefits from us

The means to ensure that the solution given to the problem is effective and benefical is by estimate and knowing the impact of the solution before to implement and launch it in the real.As a manager i knew that my reaction would set the tone for the group. That's why challenge the coworker and change opinions each other Reveals all possibilities to solve the problems.
