How do you focus on what is in there more than what is obviously absent?
it a tricky thing if the blind person is living alone then i would say to him/her, i would ask him/her if he/she interested for a partner who can tell u so many things which are happening in this world, and he/she can gather knowledge from it, i wont go for the sound quality or anything material instead i'll go with the benefits and knowledge he/she can get,
If the customer is blind, then he lost the main feature of TV which is watching. meaning the TV now is not a TV anymore to the customer, It is a "Radio" to the customer.
so, We should focus on the TV Strength as a radio over the Radio itself like:
TV as a furniture for a living room
TV as an sign of acceptance of the other non-blind people.
TV as a radio to listen to socially blind and non-blind people.
TV and the many variety channels and shows.
TV as a device no need to carry controlled by a small light device (remote control).
TV as a famous device should be in every house.
Specific TV channel should be watched by everyone or by the customer himself.
silly question how he/she will watch the tv if you sell tv to them?
Focus on what he \\ she can hear , news , TV show , movies , this will let him \\ her more optimistic, sales objective is to feed the desire , and disabilities always can compensate with other features , so blind can use to hear that's how we can sell TV , Radio's , other media stuff for them
