we will ask some related questions from that area of study and some other jobs we will ask practically to do . One of Top level post we will ask different types of questions mentally,emotional and knowledge about the work and knowledge about present situation and conditions..

Skill set is key, without real skills, precious time and opportunity may be wasted; secondly, I would look for grit, with grit you can run the race with the grace of a swan and the precision & speed of a puma.

- Attitude - towards learning, adapting with the environment and the job itself.

- Commitment - whether he/she is really into the job, or just seeking a job for the sake of the job.
