Under IFRS 10, what is the treatment of Share Issuing Cost, if shares are issued by the parent company as a purchase consideration?

IFRS is to  establish  for the presentation and preparation of consolidated financial statement when an entity control or owned one or more than one entities.

As per my Knowledge IFRS didn't deal with the accounting of Sharing of companies. so i think its invalid question
