Dear sir, i found that u have got the correct answer. When we get in touch of voltage source & there is a path for current flow, we get shock.

When your body becomes the part of  a circuit  in which  due to the potential  difference a current can flow then the body will get a shock due to the current flow.

if you energise  the  primary of a transformer then  transformer  iron core  is  magnetized  and  a magnetic flux. Starts passing  arround  the magnetic  core  and the  flux lines also pass through the secondary winding of the transformer . As a  result a potential  difference is created between the  two terminal ends of the secondary winding.

when ever these2 terminals  of the  transformer will be  short circuited by any   Conducting media  ,a current will flow in that media and if this media is a human body  then the body will get a shock.

I hope  now you get the answer

because the windings are create a magnetic field and when it will be charged by any componant then it will be shocked
