English movies are the best source to improve as language used in movies are dealt with routine chat, official language, health every aspect of life discussed in movies which really improve English a lot moreover always chat in English no matter how much mistakes you do ,no one can teach it to the perfection except yourself I always make my self motivated whenever I do any mistake either in language or in any filed of life with this saying ' MY Last Teacher is My Last Mistake ' .
The most effective way to learn speak to speak English is through watching English Films, singing along to English songs(Yes, I'm no joking about this) and reading Novels(definitely read novels, read it at loud as if you are doing the characters). Also Download a dictionary app on your phone so that whenever you stumble on a new English word you that you do not know the meaning of, you can just simply look it up.
It is difficult to learn spoken English through books unless you support it with practice with someone, but still, for a beginning you can go for the Headway series published by Oxford University Press, which is available for free download as well. They have three levels: beginners' intermediate and advanced. The materials in them is much interactive with sound files and listening /speaking practice. Good luck.
