Is it important to have a 3 to 5 years of experience for the job? No opportunity for the fresher graduate?

After greeting, experiences are not calculated by years, it can be gained by training in reputable organizations, even if it was not an easy ride with no salaries. It will be hard in the beginning but it will worth. Try to improve your self in the field that add an asset to your work and mark you among many other fresh graduates. After all each one draws his own way to success.
