What are SCM goals,requirements,scope?

Goals - Uninterrupted flow of any product which starts from RM to the FG is SCM.

Requirements - For an industry to achive thier sales target thereby increasing the profitability of the organization is dependent on the SCM.

Scope -  SCM plays major role from the RFQ's / Procurement to the Sales.
