Talk about biggest challenge(s) you have had in your previous job(s) and how you've coped up with it. Be honest/trustful and not exaggerating.
Interviewer is more interested in to listen to what you've actually done in your previous job rather than hearing what you are good at.
From there the show begins, interviewer will find out your behavior and competencies based on actual cases.
Remember recruiter golden rule: past behavior is the best predictor for future behavior.
Positively and honestly, though measured would be the best way to talk about a previous employer.
try to speak with confidence
also try to increase your tasks and responsibilities even if they r just few ( break them down into mini tasks and try to describe each task with a unique sentence )
say the truth about the reason for leaving except being fired due to bad behavior or bad
personal attitude
show your confidence if you were asked is they can contact your previous employer

Leaving for experience rather than salary
Thinking outside the box (if it was the case)
Do not disclose all information in interview for your previous organization. Only relevant information to perform the job.
