When my professional input on a project is not heard due to communication gap with co-engineers, what should i do to improve productivity expertise?

THERE ARE FOUR POINTS I WOULD LIKE PIN DOWN IN ORDER TO SOLVE THIS ANOMALIES:

1. COMMON GOALS:  It all starts with speaking the same language. One way to do this is to create a lexicon (knowledge about a language).

2. GOAL ALIGNMENT: Goals must be aligned to each other. different directions and thought will always bring conflicts among departments

3.MILESTONE ALIGNMENT;

4. SHARED DOCUMENTATION.
