One should not think about taking over his / her boss job. Basically if your boss is failing in his duties and losses his job then you should feel yourself responsible as a part of team.
Not really. I'm more like an expert/specialist, but want to have a good boss who gives me free hands to do my things and respects my expertise.
How about make him wish to get your's
a good student would always want to be like the teacher or even more than the teacher someday.so when an opportunity shows up i would like to be like my boss but not removing him as might be insinuated
Anyone who feels that he is qualified more than his manager for the job , he will be happy if he gets his place.
But at the same time if the manager was less efficient from his post that would negatively affect the employees
