A single focus employee contributes a good team or not ?

The task for team - right distribute the tasks and responsibilities between team-players. And if one person gets a specific task, if he is focused on the concrete target, goal, that's good. Everyone in the team should know their task and focus on it, to do the work in time, and then the overall success is guaranteed.

As i believe, single focus employees can not contribute to the team. In order for the company to run, there should be  a team work, employees should cooperate and work together to make the job and task easier , save time and productive.
