There are 200 workers and 10 supervisors carrying their work, you are provided TBT, how will you react if they are not following safety rules?

Stop the work.  Explain to them the reasons for stopping the work and the reasons for working safely.  Emphasise and get them to give you the answers to questions such as " How can you get hurt doing this job"?  "What injuries could you get"?  "What would that be like"?  "What can you do to ensure that this does not happen to you"?  Known as the HIP process H = Hurt, I = Injury, P = Prevention.
