If you a supervisor on 30 aircrafts and your team are 5 and you have 3 days to get it ready what will you do?

I will lead my team to do teamwork and as per requirement give them target to get 10 aircraft ready in a day buy all means to get it done within time and will also help them by self where ever they need me.
