i will felicitate the customer with the requirements and wait for him to respond in a satisfied look.
For me I would judge his mentality and then try to approach his level of thoughts and then it would be very easy to assess level of his satisfaction when you know customer interests.
I Will make sure to keep calm and be polite to the customer untill i meet his needs or satisfaction level.
