Agreed with what Shakoor & Fahim said, you should try out & find couses being offered by the local institute but make sure they are associated with some reputed institutions. 

Like in India there are many institutes which offers couses in digital marketing & you have liberty to get that course online.

I agree with Abdul Shakoor, but i recommend to go for the local institute as for the entry level guys, it may be difficult to learn the strategic point of view.
