according to me communication skills mean which create a bond in between persons in sence  and give poositvie output.

Any communication which makes the other person understand and takes further steps in the right direction is communication

To me communication skills means getting the best out of the people around you without making them feel intimidated. Being diplomatic but firm in your ways.

It's the art of knowing people and identifying their personality, characteristics, needs and then communicating with them in the right way.
