How to be a manager within 11 years experience in managerial jobs especially when you have also a Degree in business administration ?

By the way years  is a normal period for that  even if you have a degree in business administration , for my self its completely different I have a degree in hotels management   when you look forward to be a professional in your career  there are some outside factors like staff turn over which enables you to replace some one in his job or   his position also if you are eager to earn business  experience from different companies specially in Our career hotels managements which not including  only hotels , motels ,resorts, furnished apartments, & Nile cruse hotels but also specialty restaurants both fast food & Gourmet cuisine also Coffee shops. snack bars . specialty fast food Kiosks. night clubs , discotheques... etc in hotels management you have to be aware of everything in your career such as Training process- polices & procedures , finance& accounting , cost control, sales & marketing , hygiene & sanitation . Food&beverage functions , cuisine  , quality control, how to build up franchise systems, IT  programs  ...  etc  So years is not a big period to be  a professional manger .
