An accounting application package that may be best fit in one organization may not so well suitable for another. Every organization must at the start of its planning study carefully the pros and cons of the available applications and compare with its own requirements.

In the initial phase of the software applications, usually some bugs are found. Some times scenario testing have not been considered by the application deelopers. But the later releases, usually fix such weaknesses of the software applications.
