Employees are by nature consistently seeking affirmation on their performance. One of the basic and simplest ways to enhance their confidence level is to give them the proper orientation and adequate training to do their work. Also you can arrange regular meetings for one-on-one and collectively as a team to allow them to share their ideas, open up concerns and give recognitions thus letting them enhance confidence in themselves as contributors and develop trust in the management as leaders.
