What can you do as an employee if you're sure that your boss is unable to manage the company properly and he has no experience in this field?

I will Discuss all matters with him, will advice him how he can handle the situation , how he can manage the company ,   I will Support him to make policies ,rules & regulations that can save His self & the company's concern.
