Do you prefer to work independently or on a team? and why

 I prefer work with group because there is exchange of experiences and ideas 

If you are looking to grow your business life in professional way with professionals then you have only one option to work with GROUP or as you wish to work.

If you are looking to be a part of brainstorming technique then has to join group.

Last but not least,  in any Country or any business group work is much more important for business growth and personal performance growth.
