No leave on probation period, what does that mean?

Employees who are on Probation period are not getting any paid leaves till their confirmation. 

Employee cannot obtain a paid leave unless he finishes his probation period which is (100 days) as per Kuwait Labour Law, but if the higher authorities agrees than can avail un-paid leave.

Employee is not eligible for any paid leave during the probationary period.
