There's a lot of reason why a PC is not communicating with the network. (With management Switch Device)
1 Check if there's a port security in your network if does call Network Administrator to configure your port.
2 If unlimited connection basically call your Network Administrator to refresh your port in the switch.
3 Let say you contacted with Network Administrator still you have no network, just Uninstall the network services in your PC and Install it again then restart your PC.
4. Let say everything ok with your network services in your PC but still no network, check the Network Interface Card is properly Installed and Check your Cable if is it working properly.
Check link status and verify the IP address and subnet.
