How would you apply the "Lean Startup" methodology to an e-commerce business?

I would apply LEAN design principles;

- create material and informational flow LEAN way from scratch 

- starting from customer and consumer value proposition

- then develop a strategy (analyse internal \\ external environment)

- use Design for6 sigma bullet proof process

- Design info flow
