What do you think is more important to you when hiring? Experience or education? 15 years of experience in the field or a grad?

experience!!!!! especially now adays...  having a lot of  work  experience is more  qualiffied to d interviewer than those  graduates that brings diploma.... coz while working u'll still learning at d same time...  now n d new generations..lot of people cannot afford to finish studies to get a diploma due to our finacial crises....  now when u apply a job, most companies dont look for d diploma but more,  on the work experience that  u have...

iam believe that more of them important for any job but there was many job needs education with few years experience , in the meantime most of the job may not need high level of education and many companies choose the the experienece insted of of education in most of jobs
