Can any Engineer do perform teaching activities after having field experience of his/her engineering field ?

• - Changing from Field Engineer to Teaching is same as like the Changing of the Job Role after being experience of15 years. Because understanding of the student behavior is quite different to the understanding the behavior of Field management and related staff. 
• - It is not impossible but is very difficult

Yes, Rather an Engineer can better teach the students with practical examples after having the field experience.
