Before starting the work, Give the tool box meeting on site, agenda is to call all site staff, workers operators etcto attend tool box meeting. explain them what we are going to work today and what could be the Hazards, check all having proper PPE's if not please give the proper PPE's and force them to use it.
first thing is to start work on site all necessary tools for safety and first aid and safety of fire fighting tools all labors should wearing safety helmet safety shoes safety belt and safety gloves and safety jacket , safety of Electrical cables which is connected to pole of to transformer should be checked carefully proper insulation on joints and the cable should be hanging on top or fix to the wall for safe side for labor work , for labor working under the hot sun drinking water should be provide on site and for dust every one hour water spray on ground to avoid dust suffocation for labor the the project is safe of accidents
