What are some cool things to do in spare time?

Of course sporting, but also not individual sport, team sport.

I think there is no spare time during work time exept break time.

Play Tinnes , Squash , walking , ..go to some place I like it , reading books 

-Finish some uncompleted tasks either they were personal or job related.
  -Get the chance and think about things that worry you that you could not find time to think about before.
  -Get relaxation moments, take your family to a good restaurant.
Enjoy sitting, eating and speaking in a quite and nice restaurant.
  -Enjoy with your family or friends either inside or outside house.
  -Learn some thing new.
  -Boost some skills you know.
  -Be useful, find the things which needs an action and do it.
  -Help others, through individual or groups works.
