yet not possible but if he creat the same name account then it will be possible.

If the cheque issued in the name of XYZ and the executive also open the same name account then it will be possible.

If the cheque issud in the name of XYZ A/c No. 123 then it not be possible

Possibilities.... possible to get clear a account payee cheque by a third party as if he works in a financial firm.Example - One customer has given a cheque of USD in the hands of a marketing executive for depositing in a financial company.Here the marketing executive have created a duplicate deposit voucher withe the help of counter staff and handed over the duplicate voucher to the party and then they have create a deposit account in the name of the marketing executive and submitted the customer's cheque against his account and got it cleared as the cheque was in the name of the company.
