What's the difference between 'team spirit' and 'team management'?

Team spirit is the quality of a Team member that supports Team Manager.
Team Management is one of the sub process in Project Management that helps build and motivate a team into a performing team.

Team spirit refers to a teams level of efforts and commitment whilst team management implies the coordination individual team member efforts to help acquire team spirit.
