thier should be tolerance errors in measurment process

In any manufacturing processes, take for example casting some clearence is provided.likewise in asseblies also some clearence is provided as upper or lower limits.even the the bolts and nut are provied with clearences.adding up all the clearences the final designed parts may lack the strict degree of accuaracy

Hello Karthik P , in production, as well as in the manufacturing world, tolerances and variations are always a genuine part of the cycle. I don't personally look at this as a by-result, infact, variations are sometimes needed.

In conventional production processes, as the others explained, variations are rooted back to many reasons, sometimes it's the naure of production method like for example, in molding or casting. To clarify it a bit more, the age of the product that comes out of a mold or a tool is directly proportional to the quality and duration of the mold itself. This in turn is a direct result of many factors such as the material the mold was built in, the machining processes that were used, the machines that performed the tooling also the tolerances of the CAD/CAM tools that were used in preparing the design.

Products also suffer inherited properties as function of chemistry, enviroment, geometry and the list goes on and on.

Finally, I want you to look at things from another view regarding this. Sometimes the balance between practicality and manufacturing ease is the key to success , so variations are a blessing.

Best of luck

because in manufacturing process even in fabrication or machine shops human or machines cannot poduce parts or objects with the same dimensions & shapes.
thats why in design process we use upper & lower limits for accuracy.
that called tolerances.
