How do you deal with a lazy but pretentious coworker??. Not serious with work but pretends to be working when employer is around.

I will make them accountable for their work at the end of the day. Given opportunity didn't mend themselves and still continuing the same kind of work environment, they will have to face the hard decisions from the management.
