When working on a project are you more focused on achieving the results or on meeting the needs of the people involved?

In my experience, the project results and needs are usually unbreakable interconnected with people involved in the same, namely the client. 

Evolving my team, is a very important part of any project, because the more my team progresses, the project  goals and requirements are going to be easily overcome, and achieved.

Knowing one's strengths and one's vulnerabilities is the key to successful project completion.
