Laziness and I don't care attitude
This issue can be found in an unprofessional work environment, where the efficiency is absent.
- Lack of motivation i.e. lack of yearly performance assessment, annual increment is not provided accordingly, absent of appreciation for the hard work.
- Discrimination among the employees i.e. A well qualified staff to be overlooked for a promotion of a leading position where a layman by his hypocrisy to the higher management to be promoted for such position.
- Office Boys get closer to the Bosses then the working staff.
- Laziness and stubbornness.
- Superiority complex which prevails among the team members.
