Hi - Major advantage is customers can easily buy products, as the chains are available almost everywhere, shuper shops and departmental shops have a system, have sales persons, who can help in choosing th eright brand, have proper billing system, so these things are all important in today's competitive world to survive and shine in the market.....

One advantage is immediacy.
If someone wants something NOW, they will go to a brick-and-mortar store rather than going online, where they would have to wait for shipping.
Another advantage is that you will have more customers if you have a brick-and-mortar store in addition to your online presence.

Consumers can easily purchase their regular needed good from the supershops/departmental Shops.supershops/departmental shops helps customers to save time and effort in their busy life.They ensure that,quality products are available at everytime  in the supershops/departmental shops.There is no burgaining or bidding in supershops ,so consumer can chose the product within their capable budget.Billing and taxation is fair in the supershops/departmental shops.Packaging and delivery are also nice in the supershops/departmental s hops.As they have chain market,so each of the supershops/departmental shops deliver same products with same price at every region.So,I think there are so many advantages with supershops/departmental shops.
