How to reduce residual voltage in multiple core control cable ? Is any one have good idea easy to implement ?

Usually control cables are shielded, and the shield connect with protection ground bar (zero potential) for control cirquits in two points: at the beginning and at the end of cable. But also problem may be in length (too long control cable, and laying near with power cables, laying in big coil.
