In chemical and process specialist, design is done by knowing the aim or the target of the project, firestly. then study the different methodes to achive the same target. afterthat, sudy each method and compare between them economically. End up by choosing the most economical method. Now the real work is start, by studing this method from other existing project and draw process flow diagram for the project. Simulate the PFD using Aspen, Promax or Hysis program to much the reality with optimize one. Choose project location depends on different criteria and drawing plant layout . Finally doing cost analysis to see the feasibility of building up such plant.
